TREFA reviews the investment case with the investor, where TREFA has a credit / investor focus. The case is presented to potential creditors in the form of a credit IM that is including the main topics of the capital providers subsequent credit/investment memorandum.
Debt Portfolio Optimization
TREFA reviews and analyzes the investor's total debt portfolio. TREFA present the investor for an optimization strategy involving strategic banking partners, interest rate and currency exposure and hedging hereof, as well as structuring and market a re-offer of the total debt portfolio in order to get the best possible prices and terms.
PPPs
TREFA offers to enhance the cooperation between the stakeholders in the SPV prior to bidding in a PPP-auction.
TREFA carries out this role as the neutral and competent project manager, balancing all interests of the PPP's stakeholders.
Investment management
When the investor wishes to buy or sell, TREFA advises on the preparation of the transaction, by focusing on the optimal timing, investor / property search, preparing presentation material, participating in the negotiations and assisting with structuring of the documentation.
Asset Management
Optimization of properties in cooperation with external AMs. TREFA has strong collaboration with some of Denmark's best asset managers, which will be activated as part of the overall solution for the investor.
Reconstruction
If an investment / loan is in trouble, TREFA can take care of the best interests of the creditor / investor. Over the years, TREFA has carried out a large number of reconstructions on both loans and investment – both in property and corporates.
Credit Origination
On behalf of family offices, international banks and loan funds, TREFA can search the borrower market and offer credit options that match the creditor's wishes and segmentation.
Board Representation
Peter Toftager can participate as the client's board representative - directly and indirectly through analysis and presentation.
